Thanksgiving Tuesday! November 25th 2014
Join LaRon Landry, Vonte Davis, and our Leadership for Life family as we celebrate Thanksgiving with over 500 families in the Indianapolis area!
On November 25th, we will be providing 500 Turkeys, 500 Fixin' bags and provide enough food to feed 3,000 people! Our past Thanksgiving Turkey Drives have made a huge impact on the community, and we hope to continue that success.

Hands of Hope Christmas Shopping!
You have have seen me post about how Vonte Davis and I did a charity event for "Hands Of Hope: Adoption and Orphan Care Ministry" for Christmas back in December. We met some amazing children and some amazing people that are doing great things for these children.

Colts Players Vontae Davis, LaRon Landry Hosted Holiday Shopping Event for Underserved Youth
Colts CB Vontae Davis and S LaRon Landry provided a holiday shopping experience for local foster kids at Meijer, the Official Superstore of the Colts. On Tuesday, Dec. 17, 53 children Hands of Hope were each gifted a $200 Meijer gift card, courtesy of Davis and Landry. The pair of Colts defenders teamed up with volunteers from Hands of Hope to help the children, ages 3-14 purchase holiday gifts for themselves at the Greenwood Meijer store.
LaRon Landry of the Indianapolis Colts to feed 500 families for Thanksgiving
This year, the LaRon Landry Leadership For Life Foundation with the help of Charles A. Tindley Accelerated Charter Schools and Forest Manor Multi-Service Center conducted a Thanksgiving Dinner giveaway Tuesday, November 26, 2013 6:00pm – 9:00pm. During the giveaway Landry and volunteers provided 500 identified families a Turkeys and a Colts bag with fixings to families in need.
In a unique public-private partnership: the Foundation purchased turkeys from a food supplier and in return, Charles A. Tindley Charter Schools and the food supplier matched each turkey purchased with a fixings bag (typically filled with green vegetable, pie, cranberry sauce, potatoes, gravy, stuffing, pies, juices etc.) so that the Turkey and fixing bag can provide a full and nutritional Thanksgiving dinner to a family of six (6) people.
